Kettlebell Course versus Certification

The difference between an online kettlebell course versus a kettlebell certification is that you receive all the study material in the form of books, videos, and potentially exams and tests, and you are then free to process the material at your own pace. We provide some tools and ideas to verify your form and technique, but a course does not include professional coaching access to verify and pass your progress unless purchased separately.

A kettlebell certification officially certifies you for understanding and being able to safely and correctly execute the exercises that were covered. This means that a professional and qualified kettlebell coach has verified your submissions. Some certifications may also require rigorous physical tests.

Plenty of at-home users have taken our certifications, not to teach others but to receive coaching, go through the tests, and get an official certificate that certifies you have what it takes to safely and correctly execute the kettlebell exercises covered. A certification is more expensive than a kettlebell course because it involves the time of a professional. According to our students, the additional expense is well worth it.

Am I Too Old For Kettlebell Training?

A question that frequently arises is “Am I too old for kettlebell training?”. The answer is no. There is no age limit. We have coached many people from whatever level they were at to a level that allowed them to train correctly and safely with the kettlebell.
