Why do you not offer self-paced certifications?
Note that this does not apply to courses. We have been in business since 2009 and have seen the difference between self-paced certifications and those that have a time limit. There was a difference between the two, and the self-paced certifications produced a 45% completion rate, whereas the time-limited certification produced a staggering 95% completion percent. That’s not a passing rate but the rate of students actually going through to the end.
Do you offer extensions?
Yes. We generally offer an extension for a certification when the student has invested time into the course or has provided valid reasons for being absent. Courses do not require extensions as they are self-paced.
