If you use your kettlebell at home or in the gym, then these are the perfect online kettlebell courses to learn about safety, correct form, technique, working out, and more.
Goals and Benefits
Our kettlebell courses will enable you to use the kettlebell for goals and benefits like:
And so much more.
The kettlebell, with the right education and collection of weight, can provide the same or more benefits than other exercise tools. There are even exercises that most people who are regarded highly will tell you can’t be replicated or are not as effective with a kettlebell. We will prove you the contrary and allow you to make your own decision based upon facts. One such exercise is the Curl. For hypertrophy, the kettlebell is actually superior as mechanical tension remains at the top of the Curl as opposed to Dumbbell or Barbell Curls.
Quality Education
If you enroll with IKU™, you can be assured that you:
Certificate of Completion
All our online kettlebell courses for at-home users provide an official IKU™ certificate of completion. You keep lifelong access to the course material so you can review it at any time in the future.
Kettlebell Training Style
Our online kettlebell training courses cover many styles and include unconventional kettlebell exercises, however, we start with the basic movements to build a proper foundation, and from there, there is a whole world of kettlebell education and knowledge that you will not find anywhere else. We cover and are experienced in:
Kettlebell Course versus Certification
The difference between an online kettlebell course versus a kettlebell certification is that you receive all the study material in the form of books, videos, and potentially exams and tests, and you are then free to process the material at your own pace. We provide some tools and ideas to verify your form and technique, but a course does not include professional coaching access to verify and pass your progress unless purchased separately.
A kettlebell certification officially certifies you for understanding and being able to safely and correctly execute the exercises that were covered. This means that a professional and qualified kettlebell coach has verified your submissions. Some certifications may also require rigorous physical tests.
Plenty of at-home users have taken our certifications, not to teach others but to receive coaching, go through the tests, and get an official certificate that certifies you have what it takes to safely and correctly execute the kettlebell exercises covered. A certification is more expensive than a kettlebell course because it involves the time of a professional. According to our students, the additional expense is well worth it.
