I found the course to be a clear and concise introduction to working out with kettlebells. I liked the emphasis on safety, drilling, and going slow. The course provides not only the core information promised in the description of the course but also enrichment materials and links to additional sources of information and support. I have progressed in two months from an 8 KG to 12 KG, and then to a 20 KG kettlebell, and I have felt safe and been injury-free throughout the process. I’m super happy with the structure of the course and the great feedback from coach Taco that helped me with great cues to solve issues when I got stuck. Taco truly goes the extra mile since we found out that my imbalance on my left side made my rack on that side incorrect. Throughout this course I’ve done the mobility and stretches and Taco suggested and my rack has improved and my left shoulder pain gets less pronounced each week. I fully understand why the clean should be mastered as it has helped me understand the Snatch much faster with correct hand insertion, ballistic flight, power generation etc.
